TELEPHONE/TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENTS

  • If your appointment is conducted via Telehealth (video), please click the link provided in your email/text reminder 5–10 minutes before your video appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you must change/cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Patients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice before their appointment are responsible for the full payment.

  • New Patients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for their New Patient Intake appointment (1 hour).

  • New Patients who cancel with less than 48 hours' notice before their initial Intake appointment are responsible for the full payment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS (NO-SHOW, NON-CANCELLED)

  • Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment are responsible for the payment of that appointment.

  • Patients may reschedule once their balance is paid.

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the patient provides 48-hour notice. Otherwise, it is non-refundable and remaining balance is due.

  • Patients cannot schedule an appointment if there is an outstanding balance.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due the day of your appointment.

  • Payments are processed automatically on the day of your appointment.
